One thing I have learned when life gets complicated is 
that you have to get simple and focus on the basics.

Working out, working on your mental health, working
on your independence, and working on your faith.

Lately, I've been going through my own ringer but my
daily disciplines is what keeps me in the game.

It's not always easy, but it certainly helps when people
are "leaving" my life for various reasons and nothing 
is seeming to go right.

A big part of my own stability is having my own online
business to keep me independent of being too dependent
on any one thing.

That's why I promote programs the way I do, have my systems
setup the way I do, and rotate what I email about.
