I'm no stranger to doing team rotators to help
my team get sign ups.  The problem always was
that people would slack off and just rely on 
the rotators that I'd setup and when my team
member would get more income than me, I'd lose out.

Basically people would get lazy and just think the
rotator will give me sales.  This reduces my amount
of money I have for traffic and then eventually every
thing runs dry.

Fast forward to now with these new comp plans and 
everyone benefits the same.

If I earn a $200, then my sponsor earns a $200.

If I put your link on a rotator and you earn a $150,
then I'd earn a $150 and then I could use $75 to keep
the whole rotator going.

So it doesn't matter if my team was "working" or not,
cuz my cut is the same and I could keep the traffic flowing!
