A few days ago, we lost a family pet and have
been working hard to get over it and also to 
explain what happened to the kiddo.

Shit sucks...

I've been more upset about this pet than about
some family members that have passed. In either 
case, I haven't been working my business, doing 
my daily disciplines, or anything.

Shit fucked me up.

Got about 10 sign ups last week so I guess it's 
going well.

Going back to working out, EFT techniques, and 
time alone to help deal.
